OUR HISTORY AND MANDATE

When CPAs faced challenges within the insurance market, leaving the public and accountants potentially unprotected, the CPA Professional Liability Insurance (CPA PLI) was formed.

We specialize in professional liability insurance, sometimes called errors and omissions insurance or professional indemnity insurance—exclusively for CPAs, accounting professionals, and firms. Our end-to-end services include in-house underwriting, claims management, and risk education, so you always work with experts who understand your unique needs.

Our rich claims data enables us to anticipate and adapt to new and emerging risks in the accounting profession. We use the information to better the profession in two ways. First, we share insights with our insured members, enabling the profession to proactively avoid or mitigate future losses. Second, we use the insights to design better coverage.
